Baidu: Wenxin Yiyan Ranks First in User Adoption Among Generative AI Products in China
On November 30, the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) released the 'Generative Artificial Intelligence Application Development Report (2024)', which revealed that by June 2024, the user base of generative artificial intelligence products in China reached 230 million, accounting for 16.4% of the total population. Among various generative AI products, Baidu's Wenxin Yiyan leads with an 11.5% usage rate among domestic internet users.
